🏡 24-Hour Live-In Carer – Cumbria

Join a team where your care, skills and compassion truly make a difference — every day. We're looking for a dedicated and experienced Live-In Carer who is passionate about putting people first and supporting clients in their own homes across Cumbria.

🌟 About the Role

  • Position: 24-Hour Live-In Carer
  • Location: Cumbria
  • Employment: Employed or Self-Employed (Ad Hoc)
  • Rate: Confirmed with Application
  • Start Date: ASAP

✅ What We’re Looking For

  • Minimum 3 years’ experience in community care (24-hour care preferred)
  • NVQ Level 3 in Health & Social Care
  • Enhanced DBS (or willing to obtain)
  • Full UK Driving Licence (Vehicle may be provided)
  • Strong understanding of CQC regulations
  • Excellent time management and communication skills

💼 Responsibilities

  • Conduct client assessments and reviews
  • Write and maintain care plans and risk assessments
  • Carry out spot checks, observations and quality assurance
  • Use our digital system to manage and update care records
  • Assist the Registered Manager in delivering outstanding care
  • Take part in on-call cover as needed
