What you receive in the first 5 days:

• 5 full days of 24-hour live-in care completely FREE.
• 1 hour of home care FREE each day during the first 5 days.
• A full assessment (normally around £300) included at no cost.
• Support with personal care, medication prompts, meals, mobility and companionship.

No risk: You can cancel on the fourth day and pay nothing.

What happens after your 5 free days?

• If you’re happy and wish to continue, you move onto our special introductory arrangement.
• You pay the live-in carer’s salary only – our management fee is £0 for the first 4 months.
• You also take 1 hour of home care per day at our standard visiting rate (this helps cover the carer’s legal break time).
• After the introductory period, you benefit from a 50% lifetime discount on our standard live-in care management fee while you remain a client.
