We understand that with the government's decision to stop the winter fuel payments, many are feeling the stress and anxiety of managing their home care needs during the colder months. To help ease this burden, we are committed to supporting our clients in every way possible. That's why we're excited to announce a brand-new initiative for domiciliary home care, which we believe will make a real difference. This Special Offer consists of two components:
1.Winter Fuel Payment
• All of our existing customers will receive the Good Companions £200 Winter Fuel Payment
• All of our new customers will be paid £200 for their Winter Fuel Allowance.
We believe that all care companies should re imburse their customers for the Winter fuel Scheme – Why? Because it is the right thing to do! There is a difference – The Good Companions Difference!
2.Care at Home Offer to the first 20 New Customers - Choice of Options
Option1 :
• 1 hour of free care to ensure you are satisfied with the quality of care provided.
• Thereafter only £19 per hour. (Exact rate over and above this to be confirmed after initial assessment and deferred till 2025).
• Plus, the £200 credit towards your winter fuel payment, available to all our care customers.
Option 2 :
• 1 hour of free care to ensure you are satisfied with the quality of care provided.
• This is very special Care Plan and will be explained at your free care assessment.

If you are an older person or have a physical disability, learning disability or mental health needs, our dedicated home care staff may be able to support you with daily activities such as getting in and out of bed, getting dressed and all aspects of personal care.
We can also help with daily living or domestic tasks like laundry, shopping, and some meal preparation.
For those with additional needs, specially trained staff are available. If you are frail, have been ill, or have just
come out of hospital, you may benefit from short–term home care support. All our Home care services can be provided by our domiciliary team.
All our staff team must be specially trained in areas such as manual handling, first aid, food hygiene, safeguarding and dementia care. All staff have 2 references and background checks with the disclosure and barring service (DBS) prior to commencement of employment with Good Companions.

Awaiting your call We have a dedicated customer team awaiting your call; we will talk you through your needs and will arrange consultation with one of our managers. Assessments can be carried out quickly and effectively.
Step 2
Our FREE home care assessment.
This can take place very quickly and is undertaken by one of our senior team and is completely FREE of charge.
Step 3
Commencement of care
We will both agree a start date and time to commence your home care visits. We will introduce you to our highly trained carers, and your care service will start.
Step 4
Ongoing support
Once your care package has been agreed with yourself, our care managers will carry out regular reviews and care supervisions to ensure you are happy with our service. Our new electronic system will also monitor the quality
